1 SeriesA.C. Baantjer (1923-2010) was a Dutch author renowned for his Inspector DeKok detective series. Before becoming a novelist, he served nearly four decades as an inspector with the Amsterdam Police. Baantjer also contributed to Dutch literature with other fiction and non-fiction works, and wrote a daily newspaper column in the Netherlands.
