
Brian Aldiss

Aldiss (1925-2017) was an acclaimed English science fiction author, recognized as a Grand Master by the Science Fiction Writers of America and inducted into the Science Fiction Hall of Fame. Prior to his writing career, he served in the Royal Signals during World War II and worked as a bookseller. Aldiss received numerous awards, including two Hugo Awards, one Nebula Award, and one John W. Campbell Memorial Award.
