Matthew Quick is an American author known for his fiction targeting both adult and young adult audiences. He holds a degree in English literature and secondary education from La Salle University and an MFA from Goddard College. After transitioning from a teaching career, he has established himself as a novelist and resides in North Carolina with his wife, fellow novelist Alicia Bessette.
