2 SeriesRobert Thorogood is an English crime fiction author and screenwriter, best known for creating the BBC 1 series Death in Paradise. He studied History at Downing College, Cambridge, where he was involved with the Footlights comedy troupe, serving as President in 1994. Thorogood has written scripts for the BBC, ITV, and independent film companies, with his first broadcast work being a Radio 4 play in 2011.
