Catherine Aird, the pen name of Kinn Hamilton McIntosh, is an English author known for her crime fiction series, Sloan and Crosby (The Calleshire Chronicles). She served as Chair of the Crime Writers’ Association from 1990-91 and was appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire for her contributions to the Girl Guides. Aird resides in a village near Canterbury, Kent, England.
