Charlotte MacLeod
9 SeriesCharlotte MacLeod (1922-2005) was a Canadian-born American author renowned for her mystery novels, notably the Professor Peter Shandy and Sarah Kelling & Max Bittersohn series. She also wrote the Madoc Rhys and Grub-And-Stakers series under the pseudonym Alisa Craig. Educated at the Art Institute of Boston, MacLeod began her fiction career while working as a copywriter.
