He is the creator of series such as Wilderness, Endworld, Blade, White Apache, and Davy Crockett, and has contributed to established series like Executioner, Mack Bolan, and Hardy Boys under various pen names. Prior to his writing career, Robbins served in the U.S. Air Force and worked in radio and law enforcement.
David Robbins, under various pseudonyms, has authored multiple series and novels. As David Thompson, he wrote the Wilderness and Davy Crockett series. Under the name Jake McMasters, he created the White Apache series. He contributed to the Executioner and Mack Bolan series as Don Pendleton, and penned the Trailsman series as Jon Sharpe. Robbins also ghostwrote for Ralph Compton's Sundown Riders and Western series, and used other house names for additional works including the Mountain Majesty books and the Omega Sub series.
