Henry Turner, an American author of YA mystery novels, gained recognition for his early work in filmmaking, producing and winning awards for five feature films in his youth. He later moved to Los Angeles, where he contributed to the establishment of a film festival and worked as a journalist, interviewing notable filmmakers such as George Lucas and Quentin Tarantino. After furthering his writing skills under John Rechy, Turner committed to fiction writing, inspired by his time in Greece. He resides in Los Angeles with his wife and son, Hugo.
