Her short fiction has appeared in publications such as Lone Star Stories and Daily Science Fiction, as well as in the Triangulations anthologies. Moyer also served as poetry editor for Ideomancer Speculative Fiction and edited the 2010 Rhysling Award Anthology for the Science Fiction Poetry Association. She resides in San Antonio, Texas.
Delia Martin, a wealthy young woman in early 20th-century San Francisco, possesses the ability to see ghosts. Haunted by spirits since the 1906 earthquake, she flees to New York seeking peace. Years later, a persistent ghost forces her return to San Francisco to help the restless soul. Delia discovers the ghost is a victim of an uncaught serial killer who has resumed his crimes.
