She holds a B.A. in Comparative Literature from Reed College, and an M.A. in Prose Fiction and a PhD in Creative and Critical Writing from the University of East Anglia. Pachico has lectured in Creative Writing at Sheffield Hallam University and taught at UEA’s M.A. in Creative Writing program.
