Michael Chabon

He earned a B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh in 1984 and an M.F.A. from the University of California, Irvine. A vocal advocate for genre fiction, Chabon resides in Berkeley, California, with his wife, novelist Ayelet Waldman, and their four children.
Michael Chabon, in collaboration with Katrina Kenison, edited "The Best American Short Stories 2005." He also co-edited "Kingdom of Olives and Ash" and "Fight of the Century" with Ayelet Waldman. Additionally, Chabon contributed to "My California," alongside notable authors such as Mark Arax, Firoozeh Dumas, and Thomas Steinbeck.
