4 Series

Michael Robotham is an Australian crime fiction novelist who began his writing career as a journalist for Fairfax Press and later ghostwrote autobiographies in the UK. Upon returning to Australia in 1996, he started writing full-time. His novels predominantly feature the character Joseph O’Loughlin and consistently include Vincent Ruiz, either as a main or supporting character.

In "Lost," also known as "The Drowning Man," detective Vincent Ruiz awakens in a hospital with amnesia, struggling to piece together his past and solve a chilling crime. "Shatter," alternatively titled "The Sleep of Reason," follows clinical psychologist Joe O'Loughlin as he investigates a series of bizarre deaths linked to a disgraced professor. Both novels by Michael Robotham delve into the complexities of memory and the psychological depths of their protagonists.
