Myke Cole

9 Series

Myke Cole is an American author known for his Shadow Ops series of fantasy novels. He has a diverse background, having served as a security contractor, military officer, and federal law enforcement agent, with three tours in Iraq and involvement in the Deepwater Horizon oil spill response. Cole has also appeared on television, tracking fugitives on CBS's "Hunted" and UFOs on Discovery Channel's "Contact."

In "Sixteenth Watch" by Myke Cole, Coast Guard Captain Jane Oliver's peaceful retirement plans are shattered when she loses her husband. Thrust into command of the elite SAR-1 lunar unit, Oliver faces a challenge she never anticipated. She must prevent the first lunar war in history, a conflict threatening to engulf both the moon and Earth. As the only woman capable of averting this catastrophe, Oliver's leadership is crucial.
