He has also written numerous short stories and screenplays. King's notable series includes "The Dark Tower." He is married to fellow author Tabitha King and is the father of author Joe Hill.
Stephen King, under the pseudonym Richard Bachman, wrote several novels including Rage, The Long Walk, Roadwork, The Running Man, Thinner, The Regulators, and Blaze. He co-authored The Talisman series with Peter Straub. Road Rage was a collaboration with Joe Hill and Richard Matheson. King also worked with Joe Hill on Throttle and In the Tall Grass. Additionally, he co-authored A Face in the Crowd and Faithful with Stewart O'Nan, and Gwendy's Button Box with Richard T. Chizmar.
