Sujata Massey, an English-American author, is renowned for her Rei Shimura series and writes mystery, historical fiction, and suspense novels. Born in England and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota, she has lived in Baltimore, Maryland for over 25 years. Massey, a Johns Hopkins University Writing Seminars graduate, previously worked as a features reporter for the Baltimore Evening Sun and is an Agatha and Macavity award winner.
