Thomas H. Cook co-authored "Moon Over Manhattan" with Larry King. "The Murmur of Stones" is alternatively titled "The Cloud of Unknowing." He co-authored "The Best American Crime Writing 2002-2004" with Otto Penzler, who also co-edited all anthologies with Cook. "Sandrine's Case" was published under the alternate title "Sandrine."
