Rick Partlow

22 Series

Rick Partlow is an American author known for his military science fiction series, including Drop Trooper, Earth At War, and Wholesale Slaughter. Influenced by his father's WWII stories and Robert Heinlein's works, he began writing novels in high school. Partlow graduated from Florida Southern College with a BA in History and served as an Army Infantry platoon leader before self-publishing his books on Amazon.

In Rick Partlow's standalone novel "Seeds of Gaia," the Gaia probes, sent to terraform barren planets, inadvertently provoke an alien species to launch a massive, unstoppable missile aimed at Earth. Patrol Captain Sam Avalon is the first to encounter this asteroid-sized weapon, set to destroy Earth in four years. Joined by government operative Priscilla and cyborg soldier Telia Proctor, Avalon must unite former adversaries in a race against time. Their mission is to avert the catastrophic impact and save humanity from the repercussions of their ancestors' actions.
